1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the IntercomWerk website and our intercom installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance services for HoAs (VvE), businesses, and private residences across Amsterdam and the Netherlands.

2. Quotations and Agreements

All quotations provided by IntercomWerk are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is established upon written acceptance of a quotation or upon commencement of services.

3. Installation and Warranty

We provide professional installation of certified intercom systems (such as Comelit, Siedle, Fermax, Bticino) and warranty on our workmanship and supplied hardware in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and Dutch law.

4. Liability

IntercomWerk is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss, or delays caused by third-party network providers or pre-existing structural wiring defects in collective buildings.
